Find Your Tribe with Tribe BKK in Bangkok, Thailand

Tribe is a high-energy, community driven fitness studio that delivers fun, choreographed music-driven workouts. Move over, SoulCycle. Tribe was ranked one of Bangkok's Best Spin Studios by BK Magazine.

We were hired by Tribe BKK to produce high-quality photography and videography of their classes, apparel, and to put together a promo that they could use as an ad for Joox Thailand Music Festival. The content created would also be used for instructors personal Instagram accounts, where they promote their classes and build community.

Our shoot day took place days before New Years Eve, where the schedule was light and we had the space to set up our lighting and backdrop. We started off with instructor portraits:

We moved onto the lifestyle and apparel portion of our photoshoot, where we sought out a local rooftop to apply more of a high-class urban vibe.

In the beginning, we were envisioning more of a golden hour, warm neutral tones for our shoot. However, given the cloudy weather, our photography came out a bit moodier, which actually fit the intense, urban vibe of the studio better than warmer tones would have. Serendipity!

We also shot this editorial style promo video, showcasing Tribe's "from-studio-to-street" apparel.
